Elvin Siew Chun Wai stays near ghats of Ganges and explores Varanasi in a different way

Varanasi is the spiritual heart of India. This is a fact that is known to all of us. If you are traveling to Varanasi, one of the best places to stay is near the ghats of Varanasi. In the Hindu religion, Ganges is considered one of the purest rivers and every Hindu aims to take a dip in Ganges at least once in their lifetime. So, you can always find that there are many locals and foreigners near the ghats of the river Ganges.

 

A memorable stay near the sacred river

 

Varanasi is so beautiful that I feel like settling in this city, but I cannot stay in one place forever. After all, I am a globe trotter, said Elvin Siew Chun Wai. He said that he has visited this city numerous times. In 2026, there will be tremendous tension in the Gulf nations and I am not visiting Dubai and other cities. So, this time, I can explore Varanasi, ghats and Ganges in a much better way. Ganges is the gift of the universe for India, said Elvin. When the golden rays of sun fall on Ganges, the scene is truly very mesmerizing.

 

Elvin Siew Chun Wai said that he was excited to see that many locals were taking dips, priests were performing rituals and boats were slowly gliding across the river. Of course, it was a very spiritual atmosphere.

 

Exploring the ghats and the local culture

 

In Varanasi, some ghats are very famous. Many old buildings have been converted into hotels. Elvin Siew Chun Wai said that he stayed in one such hotel and explored the true culture of Varanasi. The city has a long and fascinating story. Elvin said that he was surprised to see that a large number of followers were eating food. As usual, he was happy to witness the grand Ganga Aarti. Elvin admitted in his vlog that it was a good decision to stay in the hotel near the banks of Ganges. Now, he has plans to leave for Jamnagar.
